Post Sales service includes comprehensive maintenance contract, per call service & spares support. There are predefined procedures for call analysis, call escalation norms and service quality audits. The quality of services rendered, is irrespective of customer type, time slot, service contract and condition of the equipment

The post warranty Maintenance Contracts are offered in following types – • Comprehensive type • Part Comprehensive type • Call basis The Maintenance Contract offers are forwarded to customers prior to completion of the applicable warranty period. In case of multiple configurations of UPS located at same location, critical spares may also be stocked at the customers’ premises as per contract terms.
