| REQUIRED SKILLS | Specialized knowledge on SAP (functional/technical)
Large experience on BI projects.

| KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & OBJECTIVES | IS projects:
To manage specific projects in planning the hand-over of specific IS projects.
Business systems maintenance and support:
. Provide first-line business systems support service – ERP document management, management reporting etc. including data control and application /user support.
. Log and escalate business systems support problems as necessary to internal or external support centre and follow up until fix or “work around” is provided.
. Liaise with respective local IS supplier on software patches/updates identifying and managing changes and impact on users.
